Stability of Big Five Personality Traits for Economics Letters

Question: How accurate was the Big Five for you? Which of your traits, if any, do you believe might change over time and why? Answer: Big Five has helped me obtain a complete understanding of my traits or personality. It evaluated the traits with respect to the dimensions of: Openness to Experience/ Intellect Conscientiousness Extraversion Agreeableness Neuroticism Among all, the traits which I believe should change over time are openness to experiences, Agreeableness and Neuroticism because I have a scored a less percentile in all these dimensions in comparison to the other traits (Cobb-Clark Schurer, 2012). I need to change them over time because by developing them, my personality will get enhanced and I will be able to be a better individual in the future (Weisberg DeYoung, 2014).
